Driving into the Sun

A very long time ago I had a dream that I was riding in a truck - my father to one side of me, my brother to the other. I looked at the cars on the road and all the drivers were empty as though theyd been taken over or programmed to do only one thing.. drive straight ahead and I looked up. Straight ahead was a giant fiery ball that looked like the sun had fallen to the earth. The cars way up in the distance were literally driving blindly, into it.

This really scared me, as I had no idea what it was or why all the ppl around me were so blinded, even my own family.. so I decided I wasn't going, period. I jumped out of the truck and rolled on the grass on the side of the road and watched as they all drove into the sun.

That looks a little like a dream I had, where I could see people just walk into a ravine, not thinking of what they did like zombies walking into (what seemed) there death. I thought that I couldn't let this happen so with large sort of lasso's of light I started to keep people from falling. Having stopped about 200 for the ravine a new batch came and I couldn't hold them. So everything snapped.
I woke up with tears in my eyes for not being able to hold on.

its cuz you weren't supposed to keep them.. they're doing it and they don't realize it.. i think its a sort of awakening if you will. we're dreamin this and realizing that they're going blindly so obviously we can see. a progression for us i guess.

Could be a good way of seeing it. But I didn't wanted them to fall. But than I found out that it could hurt myself keeping them from falling.

yup. i find that odd in some dreams, its like you want to do something or you feel some action as instinct but you're not supposed to do it or else something will happen to you..
i had a dream - its posted under dreams and visions on the realmscape board. in the dream i wasn't supposed to get involved in a fight and when i did ( on instinct mind you) i not only defeated the creature, but i died and then returned to the cosmos.
